Upon successful payment of the $25 Portal Access Fee, digital access to the portal dashboard is granted instantly. Due to the immediate delivery of digital access and portal features, subscription fees are non-refundable once the dashboard has been accessed.

Cancellation Policy
Portal access is a digital service, so subscription fees are non-refundable once the dashboard is accessed.
Users can cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings or by contacting support@gogloble.com if they don't want to continue orders. Before the account is closed, we pay out or settle any wallet balance.
Fulfillment Policy
Upon successful payment of the $25 Portal Subscription Fee, access to the order management portal and freelancing dashboard is granted immediately to the user's account.
