Privacy Policy

Your full name, email address and password, which we store only as a one-way hash. Confirmation of your payment from Stripe. The proof files you submit, the payout details you give us for a withdrawal, and your support chat messages. We also keep a record of every wallet, payment, review and account action.

We use secure cookies only to keep you signed in.

To create and secure your account, confirm your email, activate your portal, deliver and review your orders, credit your wallet, pay your withdrawals and answer your support messages.

Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. Stripe tells us when a payment succeeds, is refunded or is disputed, and sends you its own receipt.

Proof files are private. Only you and our admins can open them, through short-lived links. We check each file's type from its contents and never use its original name as a storage path.

Bank and PayPal details you give us for a withdrawal are stored encrypted and shown only to you and our admins.

We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address and a single-use link if you reset your password.

Proof files are deleted 12 months after the review decision. If you ask us to close your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data, chat messages and files within 30 days. Payment, wallet, withdrawal and audit records are kept for 7 years, linked to an anonymized account. Expired codes and sign-in tokens are deleted automatically.

Cancel from your account settings or contact support. We pay out or settle any balance first, then close your account as described above. See our Cancellation Policy.

You can view your name and email and change your password from your account settings. To correct your name or email, or to have your account and personal data removed, contact support.
